Hello!! I have been taking care of animals for years. I have a huge passion for animals but I do not have any of my own yet. When I dog/cat sit I like to make sure I am with the animals as much as possible so they feel comfortable and loved. I think it is very important that a sitter makes every animal feel loved when their parents are away because their guardians are their entire world. My mom is an animal rights activist and I share many of her views, as I believe we need to advocate for those who cannot speak for themselves by making sure they are well treated (spoiled:)), happy, and feel like a priority. I am a Physical Therapist and I dog sat throughout grad school but I can’t imagine not dog sitting! My preferences on this website are not all set in stone, so if you have any questions, please just ask. Hope to hear from you! *I am CPR certified but do not know dog first aid. I have not worked with special needs dogs but I am open to it. I have worked with special needs children/adults when volunteering with Special Olympics Texas And through My PT program.
