Hello fellow parent of a fur baby, my name is Kirsten Schmuck. I have loved animals my entire life. For as long as I can remember we have had pets (cats primarily), and am currently owned by 2 rescue cats. I am a caring and compassionate lover of all animals, and have training in pet first aid and CPR. I do enjoy getting to be around dogs and cats on a regular basis and would love to assist a family with their pet care needs.

I will follow all instructions as laid out by the pet parent to ensure a safe stay with me. I am a fan of routine so the less disruption there is the better the visit will be. With dog walks I do not allow other dogs/people to approach to minimize incidents.

The only thing I would need to know about a dog before sitting him/her are if they have any triggers, who or what they can and can't be around, and a list of any illnesses and prescribed medications that they need to be given.
A typical day
My dog sitting style is dependent on what rules are laid out by the pet parents. I like to be outside as much as I can, so regular walks, trips to dog parks (if okay with parents), and lots of play time outside would be included. When not outside I love to just cuddle, pet, play, and maybe work on training if needed.

Availability
I work an office job Monday-Friday in Seattle and occasionally Tacoma but have flexible hours to allow for drop ins if needed during the day if needed.
