Hi, With over twenty five years of experience as a Registered Nurse and a lifelong animal lover and caretaker, I look forward to meeting you and providing the best possible experience and optimal health for your pet during their time on the farm. When your family stays here they will be nurtured in nature as guest of honor where all animals are a part of the family. The barnyard is a pesticide free environment with over four acres dedicated solely to doggie playtime. The homestead comfortably accommodates pets of all sizes and safely welcomes temperaments whether timid or brave. Hard to leave your loved one with strangers? I understand. During the stay, free to call or FaceTime. Come and have a tail wagging good time!

Was very happy with the care and attention that our senior dog received with Kristin. Our dog had her own room, bed, love and attention. Upon arriving home, our dog was immediately acclimated back to our home life. No stress as experienced with kennels. I will without a doubt call upon Kristen to take care of my dog again. An incredibility beautiful country setting with attention to detail and a wonderful caring environment.
Kirsten is fantastic! Feel so lucky to have found her. We’re new to the area and haven’t been happy with local kennels. Large outdoor space, with inside accessibility is provided. Plenty of play and sleep space. My dog was very happy and came home pooped! A good sign? Will definitely book with Kirsten again.
My husband and I are new to the area and had to go out of town rather quickly. We found Kirsten to watch our three dogs. It was a great place where they had a fenced in area to run around (better than at home!) and a separate area to be housed... they were not confined to cages and since they are larger dogs we were happy about that. Kirsten and her husband were very laid back and the dogs were very comfortable around them. Very happy we found them!
Kirsten is a natural with animals. She loves dogs especially and they seem to love her. My dog’s demeanor changes when she walks in the door - it’s like there’s mutual respect and trust. My dog knows she’s not a pushover and at the same time she knows Kirsten will give her affection. It’s the best of both worlds.
