Pet care experience
I've had a dog most of my life, I've watched my friends/families dogs. I have also taken care of our pregnant dog and took care of her puppies until we could find them new homes. You can say I'm a bit seasoned with taking care of animals.

Kirsten was the best pet sitter we could’ve asked for very attentive, met us before the dates so we all get to know each other before hand, she sent pictures and Prince came back super tired from all the playing and cuddling he loved his stay. Will definitely be our go to for future needs. Thanks again Kirsten!!

Kirsten is a fabulous lady, definitely puts her all into anything shes faced with. She’s a pet parent to two dogs and a whole bunch of chickens. Her pets are well socialized with access to plenty of water and snacks along with a large yard for plenty of roaming around. Most days she can be found snuggling with her kids and dogs while homeschooling.

I have a fenced yard/dog run. I also have 2 other dogs that are friendly and love to play! My kids absolutely love animals and are great at giving love and attention. They love to brush dogs and play with them. Also, treats are a big deal in our home. I even make our own organic dog treats on occasion. I treat other pets as I treat my own, they are a part of the family!

A typical day
My family and I spend a lot of time outside in our backyard. My kids love to play fetch with the dogs if they are willing to fetch the ball.

Availability
I am a full time stay at home mom, I homeschool my kids as well, so I'll have extra help for love and attention for the dogs I am sitting. My kids are also good with dogs and respect their boundaries. If your dog needs to learn to be around kids, my kids are good with helping "train" in that department as well. I am also available most weekends for sitting/boarding if I know a couple days or so in advance to not make plans. I am more than willing to watch them in my home or make visits to their owners home to take care of them. I am respectful of others and their property. My husband and I teach our kids to treat others how they want to be treated to include pets, property, etc.
