Hi! I'm a mature professional who loves dogs. I worked with rescue dogs for 10 years, fostering them while helping them gain confidence and find loving homes. I have my own rescue dog, a small Cairn Terrier/Chi mix. He's around 12 years old and goes with me everywhere. He has been extensively exposed to all types of dogs through my rescue and dogsitting work. He comes with me when I house and pet sit and I am happy to provide client references who can assure you that he will be well behaved in your home and can be trusted 100% with your pets. I think I have experienced every quirky dog habit you can imagine. For example, one dog I watch will only eat off a towel placed on a pillow. Another dog I watch is blind and won't let anyone pick her up. So, for example, when we return from a potty break in the yard, I walk backward in front of her while talking to her so she can follow my voice and get inside safely. I also have a "day job" as a virtual assistant/paralegal. My work is 100% remote which allows me to work from anywhere with a WiFi connection and it also means I will be with your pets day and night while you are away.
