Billy the dog has lived with us for two years now, he was a rescue and a handful at first as he was still a pup and nervous from being at the kennels. He is very settled now with us and I am proud of this achievement. We are cat lovers too but can't have a cat as Billy doesn't like them. I am available to feed cats in your own home and spend some time with them, we had a cat for 16 years until she died 4 years ago. I'm working from home since Covid so able to take dogs any day for boarding or daycare. My son and daughter live at home and love dogs too, they are 20 and 17. We love going for walks and life is very much focused around Billy. Dogs are allowed on my settee and my own dog sleeps on our beds. He has two dog beds too though in the house, where he can have some dog time during the day. There is Billy's toy box where dogs can go and help themselves to whatever they like. I can accommodate whatever pet owners wish for their own dog, in a warm and friendly household. Toileting isn't an issue as I like to have my bi fold doors open so dogs can wander inside and out. The garden is dog friendly and secure. I am home most of the time as I now work from home so I am able to offer care round my working week, weekends and holidays. I always ensure my calendar is regularly updated up with those days I am able to assist. I always ensure a good mix of dogs to ensure I can meet all their needs. I have the garden and open plan living, I am able to keep a close eye on them.
