Pet care experience
I grew up on a small farm and cared for many animals including dogs and cats. I was an active member in 4H and FFA where I learned valuable skills. I have always owned a dog and I can't imagine a home without one.

Couldn't be happier - this was our first time with Rover and leaving our dog. Kirsten was a super star. We met with her before our trip and felt really comfortable she was the one! Already booking her again. Always communicating with us and sending pictures which made us so much more comfortable. Our Ryder dog is not a lot to take care of, but we felt like he was in such good hands with Kirsten.
Kirsten is the best dog walker I’ve had. She’s so kind to our dogs and takes great care of them. She’s also responsive when available. She even left my girls (dogs) valentines themed bandanas after a I was gone for a few days. Kirsten is one of a kind!
I can’t begin to tell you how Kirsten has gone out of her way to take care of our pup, and of us! From a snow storm that she literally had to plow herself in and out of our house, the made sure our home and our dog were taken care of even in the event that our trip plans were further delayed. Knowing that Kirsten was in charge allowed us the confidence to relax (and spend our energy on getting back home again!). Kirsten is the absolute BEST!
Thank you so much for taking care of our two dogs! We really appreciate the check in photos, it made us feel comfortable leaving them for the week.

Your pet's safety and care are my main focus. It is important that your pet has the same level of care with me as your pet would have with you. My job and promise to you is that your pet is safe. It is very important that you trust me with your pet and I hope to earn that trust right away. I completed and was certified in a Pet CPR and First Aid Class in July 2022.

A typical day
If you book a House Sitting it will include 15 hours in the home (perhaps 5PM to 8AM) plus an hour drop in during the day (perhaps 1PM). If you want a longer or more Drop In Visits or walks during the day, please book a Drop In Visit or Walk for an additional fee. Also, a 20 percent charge will be added if your pet is located more than 12 miles from my home in the town of Roslyn.

I currently work remotely about 20 hours a week. My schedule is very flexible. I love to exercise so I will enjoy caring for and walking your dog. If you book a House Sitting it will include 15 hours in the home (perhaps 5PM to 8AM) plus an hour drop in during the day (perhaps 1PM). If you want a longer or more Drop In Visits or walks during the day, please book a Drop In Visit or Walk for an additional fee.
