My name is Kirsten. I decided to pursue dog sitting because I have been doing it quite a bit lately for neighbors and friends and really love it. It is great for Boone, fun for me and I get to meet some great dog breeds that I might never get to interact with! Second, I miss having family and friends that always need help. I grew up around my Aunt’s farm taking care of chickens, horses, goats, dogs and playing with the barn cats. Now that I am far away from Arizona I would love to continue helping families who love pets but have busy schedules!

Kirsten is the best. She treats my dog like her own and I appreciate that so much. My pup gets ton of exercise and plays with Kirsten's pups. She's the best!
My girls have stayed with Kirsten on multiple occasions. They absolutely love it and are always worn out when I pick them up. You can tell Kirsten clearly cares about the animals and my dogs know it too! Kirsten is also super flexible and has watched my dogs when requested last minute. I couldn't be happier. I never have to worry when I'm away.
Kirsten is absolutely wonderful! She is very patient and you can tell instantly that she loves dogs. My little guy had a bit of separation anxiety/nervous excitement the first time he was there, but Kirsten took great care of him. So much so,that he didn't want to get in the car when I came to pick him up! She sent a few picture updates throughout the day to let me know how he was doing and that definitely put my mind at ease. My dog loves playing there with her, her pups and in the river near by!
Kirsten is great with our puppy. She is enthusiastic and really cares. Niamh has a great time playing with Boone and can't wait to go back again.

Would love to know: Allergies? Triggers for anxiety? Can they have "people food" ie sweet potato, chicken stock etc with meals. Do they sleep in a Kennel? Do they need to be in a Kennel should I leave? Vet name and phone number is nice to have as well. *also be advised overnight charges are per 24hrs. After 24 hours I will customize the quote to show $30/day(7-13hrs) or $20/half day (1- 6.5 hours).

I am a firm believer in "parents know best". My dog sitting style is open-minded and ready to listen to how the dog is already being raised. I work very rarely in the mornings but usually spend all day with the pups! I will be sure to take "glamour shots" of your dog during his stay and send them often. I will send you videos via email at your request!
