Reviews
Dogs seemed very happy when we picked them up. Ginger even tan back into the house not wanting to leave. Highly recommend. Would use again when back up in the CDA area for sure!!
Kirsten took excellent care of our three cats while we were on vacation, even giving oral medication to one cat. She provided daily updates and photos of each cat which we really appreciated. Highly recommend Kirsten and will book her for our next vacation.
Kirsten has taken care of our kitty for the third time now and she is just perfect! :-) She is very diligent about Tilly getting her meds on time every time; and Tilly seems to enjoy Kirsten's visits as well! Sometimes she is even on "stand by"--- we were 99% sure we would be home Monday in time for Tilly meds, but we were travelling back from Montana. Kirsten had been babysitting for a couple days but said she would come Monday night if we needed her to. Luckily we were home in time, but it was good to know that Kirsten was at the ready! :-)
Kirsten is reliable, trustworthy and has excellent communication skills. She takes the time to provide daily, detailed updates and photos. Her attitude is positive and she is more than willing to accommodate. I would not hesitate to use her again and would recommend her to anyone who needs pet care.

I am open to boarding services on a case by case basis, and only when your pet(s) will clearly be comfortable in my home and with my pets. I have a 10 year old German Shepherd and 2 kitties. They all get along well with each other. My dog is an anti-alpha and very submissive. If you have pets that are also very used to being around dogs and cats and isn't aggressive toward either, we can discuss boarding options. My husband works from home so there'd be one of us here at all times during your pet(s) stay.

#1 is CLIENT EXPECTATIONS. My #1 concern is to keep your pet comfortable in your absence, keep their routine as normal as possible, while giving you enough updates so you're not constantly worried if I'm there, what are we doing, etc.
A typical day
I am able to provide whatever your pet likes and you request. Walk? Play time? Pets / Love/Affection? Anything you request I should be able to accommodate.

Due to my use of this service as a client, I have a good idea of what I want in a sitter. I want someone RELIABLE, someone who does what they say, someone who respects my habits (ie no people food), as well as providing photo updates. We will go over your expectations at our first meet and greet so I have a clear understanding. I have had both cats and dogs since the day I was born. I've administered both liquid medicine and pills to my own pets, including eye and ear drops. I have also have a client with insulin injections for her cat. I am to do that with no issue. As a lifetime pet owner myself, I understand how nerve wracking it is to leave your pets and therefore, how important it is to find a pet sitter you trust and who is reliable. I strive to form a relationship with your pets (and you!) so they are comfortable and following their normal routine.
