Hi there! My name is Kirsten and any dog I’ve met I have loved like my own! I’ve had pets my entire life and for the past seven years, I’ve started caring for others in addition to my own. I’m not currently working, so my full time job would be caring for your pet! I will love on your pets with everything I have. I am incredibly reliable, trustworthy, and flexible. I believe a tired dogs is a happy dog. I love walks and playing with dogs. I will make sure he or she is happy warm and clean. I have worked with special needs dogs and excited puppies. I can walk up to 5 pups at a time from great Danes to yorkies. I can take dogs to dog park or the nearest park to make sure they get the most of the visit. I can either go to your place daily or stay at their home to help them do better. I have great references of other house sitting job I have had and continue to do. I am flexible on the schedule and can work around your pups needs.

I highly recommend Kirsten to anyone looking for a kind, responsible, and trustworthy caregiver for their pets. Kirsten treats all pets as if they are her own giving them all of the love and attention they need, especially when their owners are away. Kirsten has cared for our wide variety of animals - 2 dogs and a puppy, reptiles (chameleons and a tortoise), a pot belly pig, and bunnies. She sends pictures while we are away, which is so thoughtful. She even bathed the puppy so she was smelling nice when we got home and the bunny house was way more organized than I left it! Thank you, Kirsten, for taking such good care of all of our animals!
Kirsten helped out in a big way this past summer. Not only was she fantastic with our boy, she even went shopping for my sister, who had recently been discharged from an acute care facility. We highly recommend Kirsten.

( When does the dog normally go for a walk? When do they feed the dog [morning, evenings, free feed?] How do they put the dog to bed at night?) 4) How long is the dog normally left alone or how long can you leave the dog alone for? 5) What are the house rules for the dog? ( Is he allowed on the couch? What rooms can he go into?) 6) What kind of commands does the dog know? ( sit, stay, come, off, no) 7) What are some bad habits the dog has and what they do to help fix it? 8) What kind of treats is ok for the dog? Is he allergic to any foods? 9) Really important if you take the dog out for a walk, is there anything that the dog is afraid of or will set him off? 10) Does the dog do anything that only the owner would understand; scratch the arm, whimper, bark , etc?
A typical day
I’ll walk the dogs around the neighborhood, take them to the park, and even just stay awhile and play in the yard. I’ll make sure they get all of their energy out.

I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering over the years.
