I am the owner of a 6 year old border collie named Georgia. Georgia is my cuddle bug and my agility partner. I understand this high-energy and sensitive breed well, and believe in the importance of building routines and force-free training for these dogs.

We live close to Elphinstone Secondary where we love to play fetch and also frequent Shirley Macey Off Leash Park. We do not have a large yard, so potty breaks will be a short walk around the block and exercise will be a longer walk to fetchies.

Information Kirin L. would like to know about your pet
Let me know if your dog has any special needs or quirks. My Georgia is exceptionally gentle and loving of playful young puppies, however she does not appreciate super playful in-your-face adult dogs. Our preference is for dogs who will give her space, such as other herding-breed dogs who are focused on what's important: fetch, not wrestling! We have a cat! She is very bold and will walk right up to new dogs. Some dogs find this very intimidating. We are happy to work with your dog to get them used to the cat. If your dog has a high prey drive, please do not book.
A typical day
We like to have on-leash walkies around the neighborhood or visit the beach for long-lead or off leash playtime. We also provide enrichment such as food puzzles and trick-training.

Availability
I work full-time from home, except Wednesdays. We take our girl out for 30 minutes of active play in the morning and an hour walk in the afternoons. We also provide plenty of enrichment such as trick-training and food puzzles.
