Pet care experience
I have two cats and used to have a dog. I have 10years of personal experience pet sitting. I have taken care of dogs, cats, a bearded dragon, and two frogs. I have given medication to pets before, (i.e. pills) per the owner's instruction. Behind my apartment is a dog park and a few close by that I can drive to. I do research on various pet products before selecting the best and most environmentally friendly brand. For example, I have done research on various cat litter to pick the best environmentally friendly kind for my cats. I love animals and someday in the future, I want to have a sanctuary for senior dogs and cats, any homeless animals, and any pets that need a warm home.

Kira was phenomenal from start to finish. I had a last minute engagement that would keep me away from my dog for 24 hours on a holiday. Kira immediately responded to my request for a booking and even wanted to do a meet and greet before hand! She kept in contact throughout each visit and the puppy seemed to really enjoy her. I will definitely be choosing her as my first choice anytime I need someone!! You rock, Kira!
I have known Kira since she was a Girl Scout in elementary school. She is was and is now a gentle, caring person who has always had a kinship with animals. She has been a dog sitter for us and most recently stayed in my home for a week while my family was on vacation to take care of our elderly dog, Raleigh- a 13 year old chocolate lab who needed medications and care going up and down stairs. She took excellent care of her and the house while we were away. It was so nice to be able to relax knowing Raleigh was getting all of her medication and treated so well. I highly recommend Kira as a rover.com dog sitter. She is great!
