Hello! I’m Kira. I’m originally from Virginia, where I grew up with a cat and a yellow lab, both of whom I absolutely adored. Growing up with them instilled in me a love and appreciation for our animal counterparts. I began to understand how we form such special relationships with them and they become an important part of our families. Since growing up with animals, I’ve dog sat and house sat for several friends, neighbors, and families and loved it. I love being active and outdoors, so whether it’s a hike on a trail, a run, or a stroll around the block, I’m always looking to spend time taking in the fresh air and sunshine with a four-legged friend.

Kira and her mom took absolutely amazing care of our sweet older doggie. They stayed on top of her medication, kept us updated on how much food she was eating and made sure she got lots of attention. They also left our house immaculate. Thanks so much Kira!
We have had a home/dog sitter we loved for years who moved to another city. We were very apprehensive of a replacement. We mer Kira prior to the booking and were so comfortable right away. She provided remarkable care and communication as well as spotless attention of our home. Kira was terrific sending pics every day... our little frenchi Mochi looked and acted great when we got home. I can recommend her highly!!
Once again, Kira was amazing, kept us updated with photos and videos everyday, and took amazing care of Cleo. We feel so at peace when Kira is with Cleo and she takes great care of our house too!
Kira was excellent in all ways, but the most important was the care of my dog. She loves Kira, Kira walked her and kept me informed of all the things important to me about her well-being. I've had Kira before and feel comfortable and secure entrusting my best friend and my home to her.

A typical day
I enjoy stimulating the dogs physically with a run or walk. I also enjoy playing their favorite games and anything else that gives us an excuse to spend time outdoors!

I have a very flexible schedule both during the week and over weekends. A typical week for me usually involves participating in a Bible study, going to a yoga class a few times, and attending church on Sunday.
