Hi there! My name is Kira and I am dog mom to a sassy little chihuahua-corgi mix. I know there have been times in the past that I wished I had someone help me by taking my precious fur baby for a walk when I was overwhelmed with other responsibilities or exhausted, and other times I struggled to find quality care for her while I needed to be out of town for a conference- and that is why I decided to take a run at a dog walking/sitting business. As a pawrent myself, I understand that our pets become family members with paws, whom we care about and love, and choosing the right caregiver for your pet(s) is important. Your dog will be in good, trustworthy hands if you choose to book with me. Dog sitting- I'd love to help you out if you need to be out of town for a weekend by watching your dog(s) (up to two) at your home, as I cannot have multiple dogs at my home. During my available weekends, I am available from Friday evenings through Sunday evening and can remain in the home the entire time. I am also able to assist with watering plants or any light housekeeping. We can discuss the details required to give your pet the best care while you are away- from feeding and watering schedules to medication distribution, favorite toys and more. I am deathly allergic to cats, so I am unfortunately unable to do in home care for families with cats. Dog Walking- I am able to do 30 minute to 60 minute walks during the week from 5pm to 8pm and on the weekends beginning at 10am on my available dates. I ask that you provide poo bags to pick up any waste your pet makes during their walk. Drop In Visits- I am able to do 2-3 drop in visits per day depending on the proximity from my employer/home on any given day. I would be able to do a drop in prior to 9am and after 5pm on weekdays, a lunch time drop in time can be arranged depending on the proximity of locations.
