I've known KIra for 12 years. I would describe Kira as a kind of dog whisperer. Let me explain. Almost four ago, Kira's dog Deuce was diagnosed with throat cancer and Kira was given the grim news that Deuce would probably not survive much beyond six to eight months. Deuce, is still alive today, although his time is probably closing in. Deuce is alive today because of the incredible love and devotion that both Kira and her husband Fred have given their two "puppies" as they are lovingly referred to. We have been on vacation three times with Kira, Fred and the puppies. We always stayed in a dog friendly place. Kira's dogs adore her and come running each time she returns from work or even from the store. The puppies are Kira's kids. We always consult Kira if my own kids dogs ever present us with a question of health or training. Kira taught my wife how to teach our grand dog tricks and to walk better and how we should respond to the dog. Kira will be a gift for the dogs that she helps walk or care for. While Kira was living in Virginia, she often volunteered at the SPCA. One day while volunteering, she fell in love with a Jack Russel-Beagle mix named Zoey that was abandoned by a hunter. Zoey lives to spend time with Kira and has been a constant companion for Deuce. You could not find a dog lover with a bigger heart than Kira.

If you can't be with your dog, you definitely will want Kira to be with your fur child! She truly adores every dog she meets and wants nothing more than to spoil each one as much as possible. She has done this with her own dogs as well as mine for many years now, and all are much happier for it. You won't find anyone more willing to spend lots of time with your dog just lavishing him or her with love and attention.
