Pet care experience
I am an animal lover to my core. I’ve been around dogs my whole life. I grew up caring for my dogs in my family home, lived with roomies who have dogs and I love being called doggie aunt to all of my friends’ furbabies! I’ve helped walk/feed/care for friends’ pups and most recently I fostered cats since 2020. I recently took a position at Foothills Animal Shelter!

Kinzie was great! We have 2 anxious dogs and they both looked content as can be within 24 hours of arrival and were acting like we never left when we got back… house was clean, bed was stripped, all around excellent experience!
Kinzie was wonderful with my doodle! She dog sat for me over a long weekend and was very communicative and sent me lots of pictures. Would definitely recommend and will use her again!
We are repeat customers and highly recommend Kinzie! Our dog Archie absolutely loves her as well. Took great care of him and the house while we were away!

Your pet’s safety and comfort comes first. I ask a lot of questions up front, and make sure we’re on the same page about feeding and walking schedules. I’ve taken care of young puppies to old puppies (they will always be puppers in my mind) so special diets or variable exercise levels does not deter me. I can do it all. It’s important to note my work schedule. It is flexible and I have a great manager who works with me to keep my rover business. That being said I know I might not be a perfect fit for your pets!
A typical day
I mostly try and keep the routine your animals’ currently have, to keep stress levels low while you, the owners, are away! With permission, I love taking the dogs on long neighborhood walks or even to the dog park!

Availability
My new animal shelter position lets me have a very flexible schedule currently. I work 4 days, 10 hours shifts with Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays as my days off. I can usually come home during my lunch breaks for walks or checkins. If enough notice is given, I can even switch around my shifts and have more days off!
