I have very loved, protected and pampered pets who make my life interesting and more fulfilling. Some people aren't as crazy about their pets as me, but most of us are. The reason I am interested in pet sitting is because I have had difficulty in the past finding someone I trust. We pet owners deserve to go away for a weekend, vacation or to see a sick family member even though sometimes our pet can't go with us. Or maybe your pet doesn't travel well. Whatever the reason is, I understand that you want updates and pictures that your puppy or kitty is doing great in my care. I have four cats and two dogs. I also have two miniature donkeys, a couple of chickens and guineas and a pot bellied pig. They really are no trouble at all to care for and they all have their own personalities. My animals eat before I do and they are absolutely cherished by both me and my husband. Everyone is spayed or neutered, except the female donkey and pig. They all have plenty of room and their own large pen, yard or room. I have two pet-friendly rooms that aren't carpeted, and usually my dogs stay inside while I'm at work. I have a huge fenced backyard in addition to the two separate pens the donkeys and pig are in. I'm sure we can find an arrangement you are comfortable with. I would welcome you to come visit my home and with me to reassure you that I maintain an animal sanctuary. Of course, I am flexible if you need someone to visit your pet at home instead. I have a Bachelor's degree from UCA and graduated from Greenwood High school in 2002. I am a wanna-be country girl who never wants to move back to a subdivision or an apartment. I enjoy my introverted life. My husband and I have worked hard to give ourselves and our animals a peaceful and healthy (mind and body) environment to recharge when we're not at work. At the moment, he works out of state so I have plenty of free time. I believe this will be a rewarding experience, where I will build some relationships with like-minded animal lovers, and am naturally motivated to nurture and love animals.
