Hello! I have lived my entire life with pets, and I am a passionate animal lover. I have a 3-year-old daughter who also adores all animals. Throughout high school, I worked at a dog kennel in Maine, where I developed my love of dog sitting. Here I learned the basics of administering medication, food, water, and treats. I was also trained to groom and monitor the behavior and social cues from dogs. I worked with all breeds and sizes of canines. I went on to major in Animal Science at the University of Maine, and have worked at multiple veterinary offices specializing in dog and cat medicine. My experience ranges from answering basic health and immunization questions to administering vaccinations, restraining, and handling pets during examinations, and monitoring animals under anesthesia. Currently, I live in a pet-free household. Whenever I get the opportunity, I walk my neighbor's dog or pet sit for them. I would love to expand and offer my services more widely.
