I am giving Kimberly T. two starts. I accidentally booked doggy day care instead of doggy boarding for my puppy Atlas. Kimberly was kind about it and I made sure to make up the difference in cash. While I was away for my anniversary, I noticed that I booked a day too soon to pick up my puppy Atlas. I kindly asked Kimberly in the morning if she could watch Atlas another day and I would pay her for that day and an additional tip for extending herself and her time to us. She kindly agreed, the evening approached. At 7 pm I received a text from her saying "Come get your dog". Atlas began his training when he was a month old and is an emotional support animal. So I knew that he did not destroy or pee anywhere. I was so worried to have him stay in the first place. I packed everything up and drove back at 9 pm got there at 1 am to get my puppy. I was kind and paid Kimberly what I said I would. Turned out to be more since my fiance paid her in cash and I paid her online. NEVER again am I leaving my fur-baby with Kimberly. Very RUDE!
