Pet care experience
I've grown up with dogs and can't imagine a life without any pets! I have experience dog training using positive reinforcement and Behavior Adjustment Training (BAT) methods and would love to help your pup refine their skills while we hang out. I have experience handling racing/mushing dogs and love caring for pups of all sizes-small to large.

Kim was thorough in her drop off checklist of do’s/don’ts/emergency info and I really appreciated the peace of mind. She was flexible when my plans changed and communicated at every step.

Kimberly is so good with dogs and I always felt at ease knowing my dog was in good hands. My dog came home super happy. She is experienced with all kinds of dogs and handled my German Shepherd 5 month old puppy like a champ. They are big dog lovers and she was great with my dog. She was also available at last minute and quick to respond.

I have a fenced yard and 3 pups of my own to keep your fur baby company. My dogs are crated while I am away from the house, so I am happy to crate yours if that is their routine. I ensure all pets that I care for trust me and are engaged in age-appropriate activities. IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT HOUSESITTING: My Housesitting rates do vary depending on the needs of your pet(s). Both types of sitting include me at your home for breakfast and dinner; morning, afternoon, and evening potty breaks (usually 3 breaks per day but more if needed); and quality time either playing, snuggling, or going on an adventure each day. The main difference between the two is if I need to sleep at your home or not. ~$75/night = Regular Sitting (I do NOT sleep at your home) ~$100/night = Live-In Sitter (I temporarily "move in" to your home and sleep there every night of your booking)

Please let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors that I should be aware of. Even knowing the littlest quirk can help me out with making your pup feel comfortable. I live in a very dog friendly neighborhood so there is plenty of areas to go on walks. If your pup is comfortable going for a ride, I also love taking them out and about to my favorite breweries and such, which stimulates them not only physically but also mentally with all the new smells.

Availability
I work full-time (7am-3pm Monday-Friday) but am able to leave halfway through my workday to check on your pets if needed between my morning and evening check-ins. Afternoons are my time to shine where I am the most free and can take your pup on a walk before you get home.
