Pet care experience
I have been dog sitting in my home for the last four years. In 2012 I went to dog training school at The Tom Rose School for Professional Dog Trainers in Missouri and graduated a Master Dog Trainer, I have been training dogs ever since. I have worked at kennels, boarding facilities, training facilities and doggie daycares for the last five years. I can handle large groups of dogs as well as special needs dogs. I have experience with reactive dogs, separation anxiety and specialize in puppy raising. I am competitive in multiple dog sports and place high at obedience shows. My passion and love for dogs is my life and my goal is for every dog staying with me to be just as comfortable in my home as in their own home.

I have boarded my dog with Kimberly several times and she has taken wonderful care of him. His longest stay with her was 2-1/2 weeks; when I got home, he was happy to see me, but he was also well-behaved, so I know he spent the time getting attention, stimulation, discipline and playtime. Kimberly is also a great trainer. She helped me with my dog's behavioral issues, which made his training so much easier! She will be boarding my new dog while she trains him for me, and I am super comfortable leaving him with her.
I would recommend Kimberly to anyone looking for help with their dog. I'm a seventy year old single male whom used Bright Star Canine for basic training of my German Shepherd and a short time later had massive heart attack and had no one to care for my Shepherd. My. Daughter call Kimberly and without hesitation she came to our rescue and took care of my dog , I owe her alot.
Our dog, Duncan, adores Kimberly and so do we! Duncan received training from Kimberly years ago and the change in him was remarkable. We went from dreading walks with him to being in control, and he is so much happier with the change as well. When we go away, we always seek Kimberly out first to see if she is available. Once we start up her driveway, he gets so excited and doesn't even care that we're leaving him. He gets to run and play with other dogs on her spacious property, and unlike many other boarding options, her fee includes play, feeding, and special care rather than charging extra for each additional aspect. The peace of mind we have knowing that he is happy and well cared for while we're away is priceless.
