I grew up with and around animals with a particular love for dogs and could not imagine life without one! We consider our dogs as members of our family and plan to treat any guests the same. I volunteered with shelters and rescues since high school, completing daily tasks such as cleaning to getting the pups some time outside. In the last 7 years, my husband and I have fostered for 3 different rescues, fostering dogs of all ages and sizes. Our house if very dog friendly, allowing dogs on the couches and plenty of extra dogs beds around the house. We have a large, secure fenced in backyard where dogs toys are always scattered. Our 3 personal dogs are wonderful with all animals. The only restrictions we have to include are the dog(s) be housebroken and good with children. Our daughters, 2 years and 4 years old, are gentle to dogs being around them constantly but we would like to ensure their safety. We do prefer to have a meet and greet with the dog(s) prior to staying. As you can tell, my passion for dogs has rubbed off on the rest of my family. We will treat your dog(s) as a member of our family for their stay with us!
