Pet care experience
I have been taking care of all types of animals since I was a child. I learned early on how to communicate well with animals. I specialize in anxious animals, dogs with separation anxiety, anxiety from over stimulation, fear-based aggression, over stimulation aggression, senior care, and puppies. With puppies, I believe in clicker training, positive reinforcement, and redirection. I charge more for puppies as they take more care, they need regular feeding and potty breaks. This means 24-7 round the clock care. I love cats! I offer superb cat care as I understand the difference in how cats behave from other animals and other cats. I learn your cat's language and pick up on its energy quickly. They learn that I am safe as soon as they meet me! Don’t count out your fish or your plants! I love to care for all creatures and can also care for exotic animals! I specialize in dogs of all sizes and ages, cats, rabbits, Genea pigs, rats, ferrets, birds, snakes, and spiders. I have cared for an axolotl through Rover. :D

Kimmy watched our two dogs and kitty over the Christmas holidays and she did a truly wonderful job. She was very communicative and sent tons of photos, which always puts us so much more at ease when leaving our little babies. On top of everything else, she watered the Christmas tree and left the house very clean. I would highly recommend her to anyone and would absolutely use her services again!!

Let me know if your animals have any kind of special needs. I am very comfortable with special needs animals. Knowing behavioral differences can make my house drop ins and overnight stays easier for everyone involved. Nothing is to small for me, if it seems silly for you to share a quirk your animal has, don't be afraid to share! I want to love and provide for your animals as if you are still there.
A typical day
The first 24 hours I do my best not to leave the home. This way the animals see that their routines stay the same and I am the one that is going to be around to help them! Some adjustments are more difficult, especially with anxious animals. This is where my magic starts! I offer real updates to you. I will let you know any obstacles and observations that I see in the first 24 hours and how they have improved as they go along. EX: first day dogs may not eat as much, this changes when they feel safe with me being in the home. If you have a set routine for how the day is spent with your animals, I follow it! I enjoy taking dogs for walks and even just enjoy spending the day outside playing in the sunshine. There is an importance of feed, potty, play, and bond. I honor this as it helps your animal understand that they have my complete attention. I want to form a connection as I want to be your forever sitter! :D

I Rover full time! As any adult in this day and age, I have errands and appointments that I must get to. With that said, I work around your schedule and the requirements you animals have. I will discuss this with you in full detail when we do our meet and greet. I started working from home so I can give your pets the full attention that they deserve!
