Pet care experience
I have helped neighbors and friends with training, caring for, pet sitting, and walking their dogs for them since i was 8. Over the last 10 years I have dealt with dog rescue and rehabilitation, ran my own personal shelter from my home for a year, and currently have 1 dog who is a resscue, and one cat. I am currently in college for my profesional dog obedience trainer degree, and have experience dealing with leash pulling, jumping dogs, and many other dog behavior problems. I have a passion for pets and children, and I am very skilled at working with both. I have cared for dogs 8 weeks old and up.

I do not crate my pets in my home at this time, however, i have experience crate training and crating dogs and cats. My yard is not fenced in, but i do have a 15 ft lead tie out for yard running as well as long walks. My dog is trained to never leave the yard without permision, so I will take her outside and let her run the ard playing fetch with her favorite toy. I am open to following any guidlines my clients ask for.

I would love to know your dog's likes and dislikes, any food or treat allergies, any medical problems, such as current or old injuries or any medication they need to take. As well as any behavioral challenges I may have with the dog so I can be prepared.
A typical day
I love to take my dog through lake fox, it is a peaceful area, and provides a nice long walk and an overload of new smells for the dogs to explore. I also love engaging my dog with games of fetch, tug of War, and treat filled puzzle toys to keep her sharp. She loves the challenge. I also engage her in obedience training exercises and plan on registering her for a few AKC dog events in the future. I offer basic obedience training as well for a reasonable price if interested.

I am currently in between jobs, so I have very flexible schedualing to work with those energitic dogs and puppies for both walks and house sitting.
