Fantastic lady!!! Excellent customer service!!! Would Highly recommend !!! A few years ago my wife and I were visiting San Diego on a weekend getaway of course we brought our little Lola (a two year old Dachshund), Unfortunately my wife fell ill on our first night and I had to take her to the hospital :( I needed an immediate overnight service for our Lola as I wanted to stay by her side while she was recovering from a terrible bout of food poisoning:((. I found Kim Harris on the Rover website and contacted her I told her my situation and found her to be very considerate of my need for an overnight with such short notice. We met and I was immediately pleased with her professionalism and felt at ease knowing that Lola was going to be safe for the evening. Thank God for this service I don't know what I would have done without it!!! And also thank you to Kim H. for saving the day/night :)
