Pet care experience
I love animals and will treat your pet like the beloved family member I know it is to you. I've had pets my entire life, and currently have five spoiled cat babies and a sweet dog that I rescued from various shelters. All my cats were adopted separately, properly introduced, and currently love sleeping or playing together. I've been involved in animal rescue for over a decade and have rescued cats, fostered dogs, and performed home visits. Now, I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and home sitting. I'm experienced with pets of all ages and know how to care for special needs pets. I provided in-home visits on behalf of animal rescue organizations, so I know how to create a safe home and playing environment for your pets. Kimberly was amazing with our drop in visits with our dog!!! She spent a lot of time with him, cared for him, and even took him to the dog park! We got so many photos of our dog! She was amazing! Definitely will use her again!!!!
Kimberly cared for our dog and gave us frequent updates. Our house was quite dirty when we returned from our trip and we spent a good amount of time cleaning up messes that occurred during the stay. There was also some issues with how long our dog would be left alone and we needed to make other arrangements. Our experiences with her have varied.

I will work my schedule around yours to accommodate your pet's care schedule. I performed home visits for an animal rescue group to be sure homes were pet-friendly and pet-ready, so I can be sure they're safe in their environment. My primary goal is making sure that your animal is as relaxed and happy as possible! I like sticking to already established routines and schedules to facilitate a familiar, safe, and comforting environment.

A typical day
I love to go to the dog park so they can run around and socialize with other dogs if they choose to. I have lots of mental simulation toys at home so they can tire themselves out with and lots of cuddles to spare. I love walking, hiking, and swimming with pups at the nearby trails and bodies of water (that are safe to do so!). Being outdoors is important to me and your dog.

Availability
I currently work as a pharmacy technician for Advocate Aurora Health. My job is a 9am - 5pm job with no weekends so I have full availability on weekends and nights on weekdays. I request advance notice to plan my schedule as needed but not necessary. I will try to accommodate any requests as best as I can. My pets all have automatic feeder and litter boxes so that I can have more time to focus on your pet!
