I have been an animal lover my whole life- and my friends and family have relied on me over the years to help with their pets when needed. Whether its an overnight/weekend stay for a friend going out of town- or popping in for a walk and potty break when a family member was going to be gone for a longer period of time, I'm always the first person they ask! I have experience caring for tiny newborn puppies, all the way to dogs who are 15+ years old needing daily medicine or special care. I've also spent time volunteering at animal shelters, so I've truly had experience with a broad range of dog types. I have been working full-time from home since the start of the pandemic, and my company has no plans for us to return to office. I have a very flexible schedule- in between meetings I love to take my dog, Suzie, for walks and playtime. We love to snuggle, play fetch, have treats, and socialize with other dogs as often as we can. I have a fenced in yard and a small doggie door to allow your pet the freedom to roam indoors and outdoors as they desire. I also have a very energetic corgi who absolutely loves a playmate! We live in an area with lots of great trails and are just a short drive from Shawnee Mission Dog Park- which we frequent 1-2 times a week! I live in a multi-level home, so if the dogs need time separated to rest or recharge, we can easily make that happen. I think enrichment is important in animal's lives, so I love finding opportunities to bring as much joy their life as they bring to mine.
