Pet care experience
Hi! I’m Kim 😊 The first time I have learned to care for my pet was at 7 years old when my family rescued a sweet chihuahua. After that, I developed a personal connection with animals! I have owned 3 chihuahuas, 5 cats, and a rabbit. I have cared for a neighbor’s (back home in Texas) husky mutt named Boi, a beagle mix in college named Bodhi, and 3 bold Cairn terriers in New York. I also have LOTS of experience with cats. I have owned 3 indoor and many other outdoor cats with my family for 10 years. I also took care of 2 senior cats on medication named Buttercup and Mr. Cuddles during college for 2 years. I love animals so much that I once found a lone ferret next to our track field in college and took the fur baby home with me to care for. Conveniently, I found a professor who fosters ferrets to take home with her! I have experience in puppy training, and have even been able to teach baby sign language. I speak English and Spanish fluently, sign American Sign Language, and currently learning Portuguese!
Reviews
Our dog Luna stayed with Kimberley for a full week while we were out of town, and she seemed to have an excellent time! She returned to us clean, calm, and relaxed. Kimberley sent us lots of updates and pictures throughout the week, and she took Luna on several fun outings. Luna has epilepsy and requires medication twice per day, and we felt confident that she was in capable hands with Kimberley. We will definitely book again!
Kim was great. Great communication and updates, and prompt replies when I reached out to her. Also super flexible on both the drop-off and pick-up times. Would definitely recommend letting Kim take care of your pup!
Kimberly did an amazing job watching after our Ollie while we were out on a weekend trip. She made sure he got his daily exercise and all his needs were met. She sent daily updates and photos of Ollie which showed he was having a great time. We will definitely use Kimberly again and could not recommend her more!
My dog Kekw had a lot of fun with Kimberly and settled in right away!

I live in a fenced neighborhood, which is pet-friendly. I have taken care of fur babies in owner’s home given instruction and direction and will do so for you! I do not currently own any pets. I also have a really nice trail in my subdivision, by the water, palm trees, dog-friendly, and ideal to walk your pup during sundown.

A typical day
Depending on the dog’s personality, we would play a lot of games. I like to give sensory-filled walks where the pup can explore any smells around the neighborhood, a big green area.

Availability
I am taking courses virtually in the afternoon for my Speech-Language pathology track. Other than that, I am very flexible and will give full attention to care, play, and assist fur babies! I am able to provide exercise, from low to high energy pets!
