Pet care experience
I’m a recent Vet Tech graduate who is enthusiastic about sharing my skills and expanding my career. I’ve got four years of professional experience working with animals in a variety of settings including vet offices, aquariums, Blue Pearl, the Cornell Cooperative Extension of St. Lawrence County, and VMCLI. I have a positive, can-do attitude. When I’m not busy taking care of animals, you’ll find me with my friends or on a hike!

A typical day
Whatever activities they like and are safe for them! This can include playing ball, playing tug o’ war, going for a walk, petting them, going to the beach, training them, asking them to do tricks they’ve already learned, getting some exercise, and giving them a massage.

Availability
Caring for my dogs and various other animals the family brings over is such a joy to me. I have always been nicknamed the “family vet” because I take care of all the responsibilities regarding my family’s pets’ health from nail clipping to doctor’s appointments. I petsit whenever I can and have worked in various areas of animal healthcare in the past.
