We were so happy to find Kim to care for our three cats. This was our first time having someone from Rover care for our cats and it was also the first time one of our cats needed medication administered twice per day. The cats were also adjusting to a brand new regimen of each having a special diet per the vet, so it was not an ideal time for us to leave town. However, Kim did a wonderful job and really made us feel confident and at ease while we were on spring break that they were being well cared for. We got reports and pictures with every visit. Kim was great at communicating and keeping me in the loop as she figured out a system of how to best give the meds and meet their special dietary needs...balancing needing to get the meds in but also making sure she kept a good relationship with them so they wouldn't hide, etc. By the middle of the week, the cats were already asking for belly rubs and to play fetch. It was really heartwarming to see them doing so well while we traveled. I would not hesitate to recommend Kim. Thank you so much, Kim!

Kim was amazing...we were so grateful for the updates and pictures! It's nice to have such peace of mind when you are gone. Even though she never saw one of our cats for 12 days (we knew this would happen), she assured us they were both eating. Wouldn't hesitate to use Kim again!!!
