Home Full Time - Fenced Yard
Pet care experience
We love DOGS! I'm a stay-at-home Mom, that homeschools our 3 teens. We love playing and being with dogs during our day. We have a fully fenced yard for them to run and play in. Your dog will be well cared for in our home, as he'd be in yours. We hope to build lasting relationships with all our NEW fur friends.
Reviews
From taking notes at the meet & greet with loads of great questions, to having a really careful approach to introducing her own little dog to the river guests, I felt really confident that Finn would get great care! Definitely will book again.
Kim is wonderful! Sooooo glad we found her!
Kim is so calm and accommodating and her family is great with the visiting dog. He loved the attention and thrived! Such peace of mind! Thank you so much!
Took great care of my 2 boys. Was very good at updating me throughout the day and sending pictures. Has a nice space in her home which I’m sure makes the boys feel comfortable

I have a big area in my house to let your dog roam or sleep on their pet bed. Dogs have easy access to the fully fenced backyard, to run and play. We can provide lots of interaction, training and play time for your pup. Rest assured your pup will be greatly taken care of and spoiled with love, just as if they were our own. We board 1 dog /family at a time but will board up to 2 dogs from the same family.

Information Kimberly F. would like to know about your pet
I know all dog breeds are VERY different from one another and some need special attention. Telling me all about your pup's behavioral issues (anxious, digging, chewing, jumping, biting, growling, barking etc.) and over all temperament will insure a better stay at our house. Please let me know your dog's daily schedule, likes, dislikes and boundaries you have for them. We also need to know if your pup has ANY aggression towards other dogs or kids. I have 3 teens that love dogs, and we have a 10-year-old Chiweenie. Our Chiweenie, Coco, is small and gets frightened easily, so we usually keep her separate from any dog we have in our care. If your pup is really good around small dogs, we will certainly introduce them, so they can share the house & backyard. Our neighborhood has many dogs that we pass while walking. We need to know if that will be a problem. We only accept dogs that are spayed or neutered. No dogs over 100 lbs. or aggressive dog's /dog breeds (Pit Bulls (mixes), Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow-Chow etc.). Your dog must be fully vaccinated and on monthly flea medication. I recommend a meet and greet before your dog's overnight stay to ensure he/she will enjoy having me take care of them and to get to know the both of you. We want to be comfortable with your pup and we want them to be comfortable with us. Having your dog over for a day of daycare would be very helpful before an overnight/extended stay, if you dog has never been boarded. Please plan on bringing these items when they come: * Feeding items: bowls, food and your pup requests LOTS of treats. Written instructions of feeding. * Leash and/or harness (rain jacket, if they have one) * Favorite toy's or ball * For overnight stays, I also recommend you bring their own bed for comfort. We have 1 medium crate or 1 large crate that can be used while they are here. We only use the crate when we leave the house, at night or while we eat (if the pup is tall or begging for food). Otherwise, your pup will be with us and interacting with us. My crates will be fully washed and disinfected between each dog that comes to our house. * Local vet information (name, address, phone number. Any vet care needed will be your financial responsibility.) If your pup is here for Day Care, they MUST be picked up by 6pm (unless you have arranged a "special" pick up time ahead of time.) Please contact me if you have any questions or if you would like more information. I am more than happy to chat with you. We look forward to serving you and your furry family member!
A typical day
Since we are home all day we can pet and love on your pet. In our back yard they can run, sniff, chase the squirrels (if they dare to come down the tree) or play fetch with us. We also live in a great neighborhood near Rood Bridge Park, 2 nearby schools, green spaces & many walking trails. If your pup has “extra” energy to burn, I can easily walk a 2+ mile loop or less with them.
