I have loved dogs my whole life. I can't imagine doing anything else with my life.My career working with animals began with being a receptionist at an animal hospital for almost 7 years. I used my experience as a receptionist and took an opportunity to become a practice manager at a different animal hospital. While working there I met a woman that had her own business being a pet sitter and dog walker. She gave me great advice and I decided to begin my own business. It was very successful and I loved every second of my new career. I was living in St. Louis at the time and had several clients that depended on me. Unfortunately my mother became ill and I had to relocate back to Delaware to help her. I have not been able to find as many clients as I had in St Louis so I have had to work at other jobs in order to take care of myself. I have worked as a Kennel Assistant for the past 4 years while continuing to look for opportunities to begin my business again here in Delaware. At this time I hope to gain enough clientele to work my business full time.
