I can't say enough good things about working with Kim as our dog walker. She was reliable and responsible, flexible and so easy to work with. My mother is elderly and has mobility issues, so we needed someone to walk her dog every day. We used Kim as our regular walker and it was such a relief to me to have someone I knew would show up every day, on time (which was NOT the case with other Rover walkers, who either weren't reliable day-to-day or over longer periods, or only wanted to book random walks). Kim was great with my mother's pug and went out of her way to communicate with me about issues that might be coming up for him (allergy, food issues, etc.). But more importantly, she was incredibly kind to my mother. Some days, especially during the pandemic, Kim might've been the only person my mother saw that day. She followed all appropriate safety protocols and was always a friendly face during a challenging time. My mother is now moving closer to us so we don't need a daily walker, but I'm grateful we had Kim for the last year or so.

She was amazing and very sweet to both me and my pup. Very grateful to be able to leave for work and have help with my favorite guy. Thank you!
