REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS: -Pets MUST be on regular flea preventative and up-to-date on vaccines. PROOF IS REQUIRED and can be obtained in advance, at the meet and greet, or at drop off. If you try to drop off your pet and you haven't provided this information, you will be turned away. Cancelling the booking will be your responsibility, subjecting you to cancellation fees. I require this to ensure the safety of my family, my pets, and your pet! -All pets MUST be spayed/neutered with the exception of puppies/kittens 8 months of age or younger. -We require a meet and greet prior to accepting new dog clients. Meet and greets are optional for cats (typically just the owner comes over) as well as young puppies. -We expect owners to be truthful and honest with us about their pet. For instance: lying about the spay/neuter status of your pet may result in you having to pick them up early. -Dogs MUST be well-mannered, true members of the family! Remember: You are asking us to host your dog as a guest in our home. We will not let a dog put our family, our pets, or our home at risk. NOT ACCEPTED: -Aggression of any sort -Dogs that are destructive -Adult dogs that aren't house trained (this includes males that want to "mark", including anything outdoors other than grass/trees such as patio furniture, patio columns, raised garden beds... etc) -Escape artists/flight risks/fence jumpers -Dogs that cannot read cues from other animals and relentlessly want to play/annoy others. DROP OFF/PICK UP HOURS: 6am-8pm. If you are wanting to drop off or pick up outside of these hours, another night will need to be added. PLEASE BE ON TIME. We have a big yard and I will not hear the door if I'm in the garden or in the pool WHAT TO BRING: All pets must come with food. Cats also need to come with litter as there are so many different types on the market. An actual litter box is optional as we have a spare that gets pressure washed and lined between uses. Toys, pet beds, and bowls are not required as we have plenty. ADDITIONAL SERVICE: I offer leash training where I train your dog to heel. No pulling, no dragging, no switching from side to side: just a nice heel position! This is only available to dog boardings that are 1 week or longer in length. At pickup, I will require you to accompany your dog and I on a short walk where I "train" you on how to walk your dog. This service comes at an additional fee of $50/day and can be added on to your dog's stay. Message me for more details.

BOOKING PROCESS: Once a booking is confirmed, I will add the drop off and pick up dates to my planner as well as a reminder to message you the day before drop off. I have NEVER cancelled or forgotten about a client! I send an update every day and am always reachable.
