I’m an outdoorsy person who grew up with all kinds of animals as part of the family and now have two rescue dogs of my own. They came to me shy and afraid but now have traveled across the states, climbed mountains, kayaked & sailed with me. I’ve never met a dog I didn’t love, and through the work of rehabilitating my own have a deep patience for and understanding of dog behavior. I’m currently staying at my family property at the end of a county road surrounded by wetlands. There’s also a large, unused outdoor kennel on the property. My own dogs spend the days lounging with the cats, chasing grasshoppers, and running circles in the field when we’re not out adventuring. I have an open and flexible schedule, and can offer varying types of care depending on what you’re looking for.
