I would love to give Kim 5 ⭐️, but things were lacking. For pet sitting, everything seemed fine, she sent photos and updates of the dogs, but for house sitting, not so much. I wouldn’t say she left the house messy, but needing to clean counter tops, cook top and the mirror wasn’t great to come home to. She also left leftovers in the fridge. I would’ve expected she take the sheets off the bed she slept in too. Used towels were left balled up in the downstairs sink basin. She attempted to hang wet towels on the shower rod, which apparently brought it down - that seemed odd, since there’s a hook on the door. She offered to come back to try to fix the shower rod, but it was clearly damaged as both my husband and myself tried to set it up again and it no longer holds. If she had questions or concerns, I wished she would have asked as it would’ve been less of a surprise to come home to. Kim is probably better suited to pet walks rather than house sitting.

Kim was exceptional with my fur babies . I will definitely use her again . She sent pictures everyday of the babies relaxed and having fun
