I’m PASSIONATE about and LOVE all dogs and animals

Pet care experience

I’ve owned dogs, cats and horses but now (post career) simply love to take care of other peoples’ ‘pampered pets’ so it allows me the freedom to travel in between assignments.

Denji had a wonderful day with Kimberley - it was like leaving him at a 5-star hotel! She was so kind and caring, and took him for some stunning long walks. We really appreciated the photos and videos so we could see how much Denji was loving his day out. I wouldn't hesitate to book Kimberley again she was absolutely fantastic, and Denji didn't want to leave!

From our very first meeting, I was impressed by Kim's professionalism and dedication, as she made a care plan for Toto. Noting her dietary requirements and daily routines. It showed me that she truly prioritize the well-being and comfort of the dogs under your care. One of the qualities that stands out the most, is her kindness and extensive knowledge about dogs. Her understanding of canine behaviour make me feel more than comfortable leaving Toto in your care. Regular updates and photos are sent throughout the day, and these are a testament to her dedication. It warms my heart to see Toto happy, playful, and well taken care of. I can tell that she feels at ease with Kim, especially when she cuddles up next to her to go to sleep. I am truly grateful for the exceptional service Kim provides as a dog carer. Knowing that my doggy is not only cared for but also loved in my absence brings me great comfort. Kimberley's passion for dogs shines through.

Joey and Chandler stayed at Kim’s for around 4.5 days and they came back absolutely tired and well looked after. They went for a walk 3x a day, had lots of cuddles and love. She kept us up to date and sent us a message with photos every day. She gave us thorough handover when we came back and the boys had a 5 star holiday. The boys will definitely go back to her and we were put at ease that they were in safe hands

The typical day is based on the pet owner’s requirements: example: Bobby the schnauzer loves nothing more than breakfast at 8am / first walk, mass sniffing, pees and poo at 8.30. Relaxation on sheepskin rug and we play with a few toys until 10.30 / 2nd (longest walk of the day) through nature reserve / round village and over fields (doggy socialising along the way) - Sleeps until 3rd walk at 3.30pm - this is usually a jogging session as he gets so excited about his forthcoming dinner at around 5.30pm. I retired from a 36 year corporate career job (a couple of leading global international private equity firms) on 6th December ‘22 and am now free 7 days a week to choose how I spend my time; I am already working as an independent Dog / House Sitter and offer Boarding in my home - a BESPOKE service (one on one) and have decided to expand my client base a little. On occasions I stay in the pet owner's home, currently I have one regular client who travels nine times per year.
