I have always had and been around dogs as members of our family so I understand their needs, although all unique, ultimately come down to exercise, stimulation and socialisation. Having had dogs and having to work long hours and juggle other commitments while ensuring my four-legged friend was well cared for I am best placed to understand how hard it can be. At Doggy Dawdles we offer a friendly, reliable dog walking service around the Lothians. Walks will be varied around the county. Your dog will be picked up from their home and dropped off, with clean paws (and anything else that gets muddy) having had lots of fun. Your doggy will be given their own collar and tag with Doggy Dawdles tags. All doggies, if permission given, will have their photos taken on walks and visits and posted on Doggy Dawdles social media as a means to keep mums and dads up-to-date :) We can also, send these in PM. Shows the fur babies having fun! We offer discounts for additional dogs from the same household. New Dogs will be walked on the leash until we learn to trust each other, and recall can be tested. Doggy Dawdles will ensure that your dogs needs are met while giving them some loving company, with cuddles and treats (if allowed) throughout the working day. I have spent the last wee while studying and travelling, continuing my love for Animals, and have a HNC in Animal Care, BSc Animal Biology, MSc Wildlife Biology and Conservation and a diploma in Advanced Canine Behaviour from the British College of Canine Studies. I also offer other Pet Visits for small furries (cats, rodents and rabbits) and reptiles. If you are going away on holiday or have an event to attend – we can do check ins to feed/water and clean your cats litter tray and/or any other pets in the house while you are away. Have you got a new puppy? We can visit your new pup to ensure they have company, play time and toilet breaks. Doggies must be fully vaccinated, flea and worm treated. Unneutered and in season bitches will be available for solo walks only. I will cover the local areas from Tranent (Musselburgh, Prestonpans, Wallyford, Port Seton, Macmerry, Whitecraig, Longniddry, Elphinstone) as standard but will consider out with these areas too, so please enquire.
