Pet care experience
Thom and I grew up being dog owners in Singapore. He has a 12 year old Schnauzer and I have a 10 year old Jackapoo and a 3 year old french bull dog. We’ve always wanted to get a dog in London but we know how difficult it is to find a reponsible person who would love and care for your dog as their own. The advantage of having two people looking after your pup is they get more love and attention! It also means your dog is never alone because one of us will always be with it at any given time. Thom recently graduated from Royal Veterinary College and is a Veterinary Surgeon. I am working within the NHS. We live in duplex apartment in Central London with balconies but also a courtyard area. We love going for walks often and live 15 minutes walk from Regents Park. We absolutely love animals and promise to give your dog lots of love, cuddles and attention.

Kimberley and Thomas are great dog sitters. They check everything before we bring over our dog and they sent over photos to keep us updated. We will definetly go to them again in the future.
As a first time Rover user, I am so thankful to have found Kim. She was quick at responding to messages and very flexible with drop off/ pick up arrangements. She sent me pictures of Reese throughout the day and updated me on what he was up to which was very reassuring. He even cried after her as we were walking away which is a clear sign of how much he loved her! I 100% will be rebooking, thank you Kim and Thom.
Kimberley took great care of Elmo and she obviously enjoyed her day, would recommend her ?
Will definitely rebook with a Kimberley and Thom and highly recommend. Drop-off and pick-up was seamless, and we received lovely photo updates throughout the day. Marley was relaxed and happy when we picked her up and had clearly had a great time.
