Extremely poor communication. Would not rehire. On the first night, she had to leave to pack a bag for a level 2 fire evacuation, which I completely understand. However, not one text or call to let me know and she left my dog in the house for over 15 hours! Had she communicated with me, I could’ve found someone to let my dog out. During the morning conversation, she led me to believe she was at my house, but she wasn’t. I also learned that the fire was completely contained by 10 pm and she didn’t return until 10:00 am the next day. She was here for 2 hours, left for 3hours, came back for 3 hours, did her laundry, told me she was meeting a friend for dinner, left at 6:00 pm, and went to a concert instead. I don’t care that she was at a concert, but why lie? She got back around midnight, let my boy out and didn’t let him back out until 11:30 am. Had she been honest with me, I wouldn’t have had an issue, I could’ve worked around it. But she stopped responding to me on the night of the concert. I hired someone for peace of mind and was a wreck all weekend. My boy did seem to like her and he was fine when we returned. In my opinion, honest communication would have made all the difference. Not worth the stress of being mislead for sure.

Kimber did a fantastic job taking care of our puppy. She was professional, attentive, respectful of our routines and space, and had a natural connection with our dog. Thank you!
