Our Puppies Are Our Family
Pet care experience
I’m a big believer that a dog is a family member for life. I always felt that way when I was helping friends and family raise and train their puppies, but I finally got to know that on a personal level in October 2018 when we brought home our Great Dane puppy, Sharpie, at 8 weeks old. He’s been such joy to have by our side and raise as our own. I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I feel fortunate to have the ability to work from home two days a week, but when I have to go into the office, it’s so hard to leave Sharpie. So, given the opportunity, I would love to help you out and go check on your puppy and keep them some company when you can’t be home. Whether it’s taking a walk around the block, a simple potty break, or playing tug-of-war, it would be a pleasure to drop-in and hang out with your dog for a bit. During the week for drop-ins and walks, I’m available very early and late at night on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, I’m available any time before 7:30 AM, 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM, and any time after 5 PM. Do you have a weekend trip planned? I’d also love to help you out and board your dog at my house on the weekends! Sharpie loves to make new friends and play all day long, so your pup will be in for a fun-filled weekend! We live in a house and have a big, fenced-in yard, so there’s plenty of room for lots of romping and fun for our pups! We’re typically home 24/7 on the weekends, so we’d love to host your dog and we’d be sure to treat them as a member of the family while you’re away! I can board your pups overnight on Saturdays and some holiday weekends. I can also provide Doggy Day Care for your pup on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Ask me for my availability for when you can drop off your dog!

We have known Kim for years. She is a great person. We have an elderly Chocolate Lab. Kim is very caring & we feel very confident in her abilities to take care of our dog in our absence. Our dog loves Kim! She has been highly recommended to our friends who need a pet sitter in the future.
I've known Kim for 8 years now and she is one of the most responsible and doggie loving people you could meet. She has helped my family out multiple times with our dog, Jack - a few times on very short notice. She enjoys having dogs over to play, even before she had one of her own! Our pupper loves going to Kim's house and socializing with her puppy. She treats her friend's dogs as her own and takes great care of each one. You'd be hard pressed to find a better person to care for your fur baby!
Kim is awesome.
My puppy, Bubba has been lucky enough to have Kim in his life these last few months. Due to our busy schedule, there were times where we would have to leave Bubba for up to 9-10 hours at a time, until we met Kim. Whether it was advanced planning or short notice, Kim has bailed us out countless times. Not only has she bailed us out by being able to let him out, but every time that Bubba and Kim get to play together, Bubba is in a great mood when I get home. I know Bubba couldn't be happier with anyone else, and neither could we.

Information Kim W. would like to know about your pet
Prefer large dogs, but will help any breed! Are they jumpers or nervous pee-ers? Are they shy around new people? Do they like specific toys or treats? If they're crated during the day, are there any special ways to get them to go back in their crate? If they’re a puppy, are they up-to-date on shots?
A typical day
Walks will be around your subdivision (for a drop-in visit) or around my subdivision or a nature path near my house (for boarding at my house). Tug-of-war and fetch are the go-to fun games, but if your pup boards with me, there will be lots of romping and fun to be had with my puppy, Sharpie!
