Hello! I can't imagine my life without animals in it. My family owned a farm with horses, sheep, bunnies, chickens, etc., but I always had a special thing for dogs. Some of my sidekicks were a Boxer, German Shepherd, German Shorthaired Pointer, Yorkshire Terrier and Shih Tzu. Back in my home country Belgium, I was also a volunteer at the local petshelter, where I did my best to light up the doggies' day with fun walks. I'm also an animal activist. I used to volunteer at the SFSPCA, where I worked with under-socialized animals, who needed a lot of love, patience and one-on-one time. During one of my shifts, I fell in love with Porter, a sweet, bouncy lab-mix, and adopted him immediately :)! Cheers, Kim
