Surrounded by pets my entire life, I have cared for 2 to 3 dogs at a time between playing, feeding and multiple daily walks. They have varied in breeds from Rottweiler, Golden Retriever mix, Labrador/shepherd, Doberman, and Jack Russell. My last dog was my husky mix, Opie. Your dog will receive the same love and attention you would give at home. I frequently have cared for 1 to 2 additional dogs of friends and neighbors, along with my many Rover connections. . I will take your dog out for walks/runs throughout the day, along with trips to the dog park. I love going through the trails and greenways. There is always plenty of play and cuddle time as well. As for caring for 3 varying sized dogs at the same time, I am used to ensuring all the dogs have their needs met whether it be different foods or personal needs. In addition, I am accustomed to making sure your dog will continue to abide by the ground rules you set for your dog at home (ex. keeping dog off the bed, needing a longer walk to go poo, etc.). A typical day would include a 20-30 minute walk in the morning and/or dog park, followed by another walk in the afternoon, and another longer walk in the evening with an additional short walk before bedtime in needed. We have play and cuddle time in-between. I work to keep your dog as happy as possible with what your dog is used to. I work close to home, so the longest I am gone is about 4 hours as I come home to take care of the dogs during lunch. Your dog will feel right at home with plenty of comfortable places to take a nap and toys to keep them entertained.
