I love and care for your dogs like they are my own!!! Dogs are God's gift to us!!! Mans best friend! Please read my entire bio before sending requests for boarding. (When booking drop in visits, please only add one pet into Rover, or the system will charge individual drop in rates for each pet.) I only charge a flat rate for multiple animals for half hour drop ins. I only board (DOGS UNDER 30 LBS ) My space is 1100 sq ft. Please no larger dogs. I typically only keep 4 dogs at one time so that your dog gets plenty of attention. (Please no incontinent dogs!) I can provide drop in visits within 5 miles of my home for dogs of any weight, to feed them and let them out back . (For walks, I can only walk dogs up to 30lbs, due to disc issues with my back) I provide drop in visits for cats and other small pets as well. My hours for drop ins are 7:00am -10pm ((I accept puppies over 6 months old who are crate trained. I do require a crate for boarding puppies.)) Earliest drop off or pick up is 7:30 am, latest drop off or pick up is 6pm for boarding. A bit about me and my background as a dog owner: I've been a dog owner since I was ten years old. My first fur baby was Suzie, a miniature poodle who was my world when I was a child! Suzie, our Miniature Poodle, saved my families life when we were on a trip in our motor home to Fl. Our heater unexpectedly failed, leaking carbon monoxide while we were all asleep!!! It was smoking as well, so the whole motor home was filled with smoke! She woke us by whining and pawing at my mother repeatedly until she got up! This is why I believe dogs are called, "man's best friend"! I believe that dogs are truly our gift from God, our special friends who give us unconditional love, protect us and alert us when things are not right. In turn, its our job to care for them with the same love they give us. Currently, I have one Schnoodle named Molly, she is a sweet, playful, funny girl! I am a mom of two college aged kids. I have no children in my home. I have cared for friends pets and decided to turn my love of animals into a full time pet care business five years ago. (Caring for pets is my full time job!) I don't allow the dogs in the bedroom at night. They sleep in the living room. I do allow the dogs on the couch. If your dog does not chew furniture, does not have excessive separation anxiety, can sleep away from you at night and does not bark excessively, my place should be a good fit. I play relaxing music for the dogs at night or lullaby music. I take them out about 10-10:30 pm before bed and get them out by 6:30-7am. I walk them twice per day, half hour walks each time, once in morning and again after dinner. They get frequent potty breaks in between walks as well. I have a small fenced yard where the dogs can enjoy being outside while I'm gardening or sitting by my fountain. I have a small dog park in my neighborhood I can take them to. I am not far from Discovery Lake and and I frequently walk the dogs there. I also walk them on Batiquitos Lagoon Trail from time to time. My rates are 24 hour rates. If pick up time is past the time you dropped off, an additional late pick up fee applies. Under 4 hours would be charged half day dog daycare fee, over 4 hours would be full day dog daycare charge. Please contact me and we will set up a time that's convenient for us to meet. I do a 15-20 minute meet and greet at my home prior to your dogs stay. Your dog can meet my Molly and you can tell me about your dogs feeding schedule, personality and any other important details you need me to know.
