As a dog and cat owner my entire life, and Co President of Arrow Dog Rescue, I am uniquely qualified to care for your pets! I have experience with all kinds of special needs including aggressive, fearful, and other behavioral issues as well as a variety of medical issues. I can do everything from administer oral, eye and ear medications to giving shots and administering sub q fluids. I am loving, kind, responsible and reliable. I provide baths and nail trims for an extra fee and am experienced with dog training as well. I have attended multiple dog births and have cared for newborn and up kittens and puppies. I am experienced in animal first aid and have multiple references who can attest to the care i have provided to their pets. I also have a Masters Degree in Social Work and am a child and family therapist. I can handle any issues that may come up while you are gone so that you can relax and enjoy your time away in peace. For boarding in my home I have a bedroom ready for your pet, for quiet time. For playtime I have a half acre privacy fenced yard to run and play in. You also get the experience of my wife as the other adult who is available all day due to attending college online where she is getting her degree in Veterinary Technology. With the two of us equally experienced with animals, there is someone available all the time to provide whatever your pets need. My job is completely remote so I am home all the time or available to be in your home 24/7 as long as you have reliable fast internet. My wife is home attending college online. We are home bodies otherwise, and spend the rest of the time playing and cuddling with your pets. We have a one level home with ½ acre with 6 foot fencing. Our fence is escape proof and has been tested by the best escape artists out there. We keep our dogs separated from our boarding clients and have multiple gates, doors and rooms to keep dogs from interacting. We have a “dog bedroom” for our guests with XL crates with big doggy beds that serve as their quiet space. Crates are left open unless we are told to closed door crate your dog for their safety or needs. There are also other beds, and toys just for them. Your pets are a part of our pack for the time they are with us. They lay on the couch, watch tv with us, spend time playing in the yard and sleep wherever they are used to sleeping at home. Our home is created around our dogs so yours will feel right at home here too.
