Well I was a little disappointed in Kim as I never got any updates except 1 from the day we left of Ozzie meeting her dog at her home. Updates on activity or how my dog was doing would have been nice as I was extremely busy while I was gone and couldn't check in, I also have several cameras around my property and I was disappointed to see how much she took my dog away from his home, how long she was gone and how long he was left in his kennel. Yesterday he was left for almost 5 hours which made me a bit upset when she states in her profile that she let's them out potty every 0-2 hours. Yesterday she messaged me asking when we would be home which I thought was weird since I specified in the booking that I needed her until 5pm. I told her today she could leave at 4pm since we would be home around 4 or 430, well she left at 2pm leaving him once again in his kennel. I just felt she didn't want to be here or spend much time with him at his home, I never saw her take him for a walk in the area as he was always getting into her car. So needless to say I wasn't fully happy but with that being said he is in good shape, seems he was taken care of and fed, no signs of trauma or accidents in his kennel so that is good. I thought I stated what I expected but I guess maybe not well enough, I did say I was fine with her taking him to her place to play with her dog as long as they got along, I didn't think that would be every day and for long hours at a time, sometimes not coming home til after 10pm. I just really wanted Ozzie who is a 7yr old rescue dog not to feel he was being passed around again, wanted him to know he is still at his home and all would be okay.

Kim and her son were awesome. My pup came home calm and happy. I will definitely be using them again
