I have a knack for understanding dogs with little to no manners. I can help most anxious dogs calm down and relax by using my energy to be calm and relaxed. I treat dogs like my own and appreciate their different personalities. I am used to fearful dogs that may act aggressive but just need reassurance. I can deal with dominance issues in a kind and yet firm manner. I will follow your rules so that your pet is not confused when you return home. A tired, well exercised dog is a happy dog. I currently own an 11 year old Golden Retriever mix who I have had since she was 8 weeks old. She is an alpha female but I have had huge success in introducing her to numerous other breeds, sizes, and sexes in the past. My childhood was riddled with mixed breeds and cow dogs. I personally have owned and trained Rottweiler/Lab mixes, Pitbull mixes, German Shepard mixes, and my current mixed dog. I have friends with hounds and small terriers, and have lived with Chihuahuas and Yorkies. The only breed I haven't had experience with is the Chinese Crested...lol. I also am currently caring for 5 horses part time. I share the responsibility with the owner of the horses so she can have breaks from the full time care. We practice natural horsemanship and I am learning a great deal in groundwork and all aspects of large animal care. I was raised on a dairy farm as a child so cows, chickens, hogs, dogs, cats, and various creatures are withing my scope at different levels.
