Hi! My name is Kim. I have been caring for dogs since I was young. To put it simply, I love dogs and have always felt very connected them. Over the years, I have cared for two Brittany Spaniels and two lab/border collie mixes as my pets. I have also cared for numerous other pets of family & friends. I also have experience working in a boarding kennel where I cleaned, Fed and played with the animals. Best job ever :) I can attribute my sense of responsibility with dogs to my father, who taught me how to be disciplined when caring for another living creature by understanding it's needs. What does this mean? Eating meals in consistent portions and times, being sure not to overfeed. Going for a walk in the morning and a walk in the evening (preferably off leashed in a secure area) so that they can run freely. Maybe playing fetch with the ball of frisbee or with other furry friends. Lots of belly rubs and attention and of course treats, but not too many. Pet maintenance including vet checkups, baths, nail trims, brushing teeth, caring for coat. I bring the discipline and love to caring for your pet. I understand that pets are part of your family and provide so much joy every day. You can trust that I will always put myself into your dog's "paws" and understand their needs first and foremost while keeping them safe.
