We have been dog owners for over 20 years and have at several times owned three dogs at the same time, so we are very used to having dogs rule the house! We currently have two dogs a cat and three chickens. The chickens are fenced off, so your dog won't get to play with them. Sorry:( We have been dog sitting on Rover since the beginning of summer and we love it! We have four kids still living at home, all are dog lovers, but our seven year old is particularly dog crazy and most of the dogs end up sleeping in her bed, so you can be sure your dog will get tons of special love and affection while you're gone. I'm also a stay at home mom, so your dog will not be left alone for very long during the day. We have a fenced in yard and when the weather is nice I often leave the back door open for the dogs to come in and out as they please. We also love going to the Encinitas Community Dog Park, so if your dog likes dog parks, we'd love to bring them along.
