I’ve hands experience in vet med as well as shelter animals for over 10 years! I have a wide range of knowledge in dogs and cats.

Kim is a great pet parent as well as a pet professional. Her extensive background in veterinary assisting and shelter work has taught her how to care for many species with understanding, compassion, knowledge, insight, and practicality. She loves animals, like everyone on Rover, but her attention to detail, working knowledge of animal behavior, and experience with all sizes, ages, and health statuses makes her ideally suited to care for your animals. I'm a veterinarian, and I completely trust her with the care of my animals when I travel.
Kim spent several years working for a no kill pet shelter and is kind and empathetic when it comes to pets of all kinds. she has kept a variety of different pets over time and has a great deal of knowledge about pet care and maintenance. she has also worked for a veterinarian and knows a lot about pet first aide and spotting signs and symptoms of stress or illness. Kim has devoted most of her adult life to pets in one form or another, She will be an exemplary pet sitter.
Kim is absolutely amazing with all animals! My dog loves her. She treats him like he is her own pup, teaches him new tricks, and when playing, she makes sure to keep him interested and busy. I cannot say enough amazing things about her! She is definitely trusted to watch my baby.

I have 3 dogs in my home all medium to large as well as a bearded dragon. We have a short fenced in yard in the front and a tall fenced in back yard.
Information Kim H. would like to know about your pet
I do need to know dogs behaviors and if there are any red flags I need to about for example(very reactive to other dogs/people) also need to know if treats for positive reinforcement. Example( one of my dogs has strict dietary restrictions so he can’t just have any treat)
A typical day
I’m able to cater to your needs, I personally love to take my dogs out to BLM and let them off leash to smell everything and run however if your dog does not have great recall we can still stay on leash and have fun. If you would like me to help work out some training kinks I would be more then willing to help with that as well for example( walking on a leash better, sit, stay, shake, recall etc)

Currently in my off season at work and so I will have a lot more time on my hands and would love to help pet owners not worry about their babies!
